4. What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship from Rowland heights CA, US warehouses using USPS, UPS or FedEx to ensure faster delivery with 1 to 5 business days. And usually our handling time is 0-2 business days only.
5. Some notice before purchasing

Please note that during transportation and handling, minor scratches, scuffs, and paint chips are almost unavoidable. If you have a keen eye for flawless perfection, we sincerely apologize as our products may not meet your expectations. Therefore, please consider your purchase carefully!
6. Cancellations & Return Policy
6.1. Cancellations ~ If you choose to cancel your order, you must contact us within 72 hours from the date of purchase. We will try to contact you through eBay messages as well as your email address you have associated with you. If we do not receive notice or you choose to ignore the messages, with no response within this time frame, you will be charged a 20% inconvenience fee. If we have shipped your order, there are NO cancellations. If you choose to send it back to me, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return to us. When we receive the return, we will send you a refund less the shipping cost that we incurred to ship to you. If we offered free shipping on the item, the policy is the same as above. We WILL NOT refund you for your purchase or the shipping cost If you had the wrong address on the order, it is no fault of of us. If you wish, we will send to the new address for the cost we incurred to receive this back as well as the full shipping cost to send this to you again. NO exceptions!
6.2 IN CASE OF DAMAGE IN SHIPPING ~ Please contact us within 72 hours of the day your item was received. We will need at least five photos of the box, all the packaging material we used to package, a picture of the shipping label and photos of the damaged item. If we do not receive this, it is at our discretion, to send you a refund. If you have discarded the box and packaging material, we will not refund. we need this to file a claim with the courier. NO exceptions!
